Identify yourself as being with the WATWS/WA-BC AFS Conference to receive the established room *rates.  Reservations may be made via the booking LINK, directly at the hotel with our Front Office Manager at (509) 662-1234 or via email fom@wenatcheecenter.com. The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel will confirm room reservations directly with the guest.  Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.

All Lodging is honored at the government rate at time of conference. $110.00 single / $130.00 double occupancy, Suite Rates $285.00. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes at the time of check-in. Current tax rate is 12.1%, subject to change. A $2.00 City Assessment Fee will be charged per room night.

*The quoted room rates are net non-commissionable and are per room, per night. There is a charge of $10.00 for each additional adult occupying the same room after two.

Onsite parking will be provided for hotel guests at no charge and includes unlimited in and out privileges.
