LODGING ROOM RESERVATION OPTIONS FOR 2023 JOINT ANNUAL MEETING

BACKGROUND:

Great Wolf Lodge-Grand Mound near Centralia, Washington is the host facility for the 2023 Joint Annual Meeting.  A Lodging Room Block has been arranged with this facility to accommodate participants in the Joint Meeting.  The Room block consists of quad-occupancy rooms accommodating 1 to 4 guests per room (2 queen beds + full sleeper sofa) for the contracted room price.  If added guests are desired in a room (with hotel concurrence), there is an added charge of $25/night per additional guest.

The contracted per night room price is $133 plus a $14.99 resort fee, plus 10% tax ($162.79/night total).  The daily resort fee includes water park access, high-speed internet access, wireless internet service, local and outgoing 800 phone calls, in-room coffee, facsimile messaging service, parking, and towel/flotation supplies for use of the water park.  Access to the highly regarded water park (http://www.greatwolf.com/grand-mound/waterpark-attractions/indoor-water-park) is a valued bonus included for all registered guests using the contracted room block.

RESERVING A ROOM AT GREAT WOLF LODGE:

Each room is reserved on an individual basis by a guest calling Great Wolf Customer Center at 1-866-941-9653 or visiting the website (www.greatwolf.com) by 24 March 2023.  Each caller must identify themselves as a member of the group with the Block Offer Code 2304JOIN_001 to establish a reservation (reference Joint Annual Wildlife Meeting if requested).  Upon making a reservation, you must provide the first night’s room and tax as a deposit using a major credit card.  Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am, each in local time.

Each room reservation may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the check-in time without incurring a cost.  If a room reservation is cancelled anytime within 72 hours of scheduled check-in, 100% of the first room night plus tax will be charged to the credit card or taken from the deposit as applicable.

HOW IT HELPS:

Please help meeting organizers by making your Great Wolf Lodge reservation as early as possible prior to 24 March 2023.  There is no assurance of rooms being reservable by you after that date at the contracted room block price.  Your use of lodging rooms at the host facility helps meeting organizers and sponsors to meet financial obligations associated with conducting this professional forum at this venue.  Thank you.
