VOLUNTEER

Are you interested in getting more involved in the Joint Annual Meeting? Looking to grow your leadership skills and broaden your network? You are invited to become part of the team that makes this joint meeting so valuable. Collectively, we strive to bring scientific content, learning opportunities and networking potential to all members. Please consider participating by volunteering at the joint meeting.

Current opportunities include:

Registration: These shifts will be assisting meeting attendees with signing in, getting their meeting materials, and answering any questions about the agenda.

Session Assistance: These volunteers will help assist speakers and moderators with any items that come up during sessions, which may include contacting IT for any technical issues, calling on question askers, or helping presenters set up their AV components.
(IT work will be minimal... we have someone for that specifically).

Raffle & Auction: These volunteers will be helping sell raffle tickets, manage the auction, and answer any questions attendees have about items.

Feel free to keep checking back as additional opportunities may be posted as they become available.

If any of these opportunities look exciting to you, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Charlotte Milling at charlotte.milling@watws.org

We look forward to seeing you there!
