2026 Joint Conference Registration Rates

*Regular Member - Paid members in good standing with WATWS or WA-BC Chapter of AFS
New Professional - Graduates of a full-time, college-level natural resource or directly-related  field & who have <3 years employment experience in a natural resource profession.
Student - Full or part time students in college, secondary, or elementary education programs. 
Retired - Individuals who are retired from full-time employment.

 Early Registration open until midnight 3 March 2026!

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Requests for registration cancellation and related refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.   
• A registration may be transferred to another person qualifying for the category of registration involved. 
• Any allowed refund will exclude $25 to cover processing fees related to the initial registration and a subsequent refund. 
• Requests for cancellation/refund consideration shall be submitted to treasurer@watws.org no later than 3 March 2026 with an explanatory message stating the reason(s) for the request. 
• Cancellation refunds after 3 March 2026 will not be permitted due to financial commitments made to the venue.
