Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Requests for registration cancellation and related refund are discouraged but will be considered for reasons related to extenuating health issues, work, or family matters (e.g., illness, death in family, altered work assignment, change in agency support, other arguably extenuating circumstances outside control of the registrant).
A registration may be transferred to another person qualifying for the category of registration involved.
Any allowed refund will exclude $25 to cover processing fees related to the initial registration and a subsequent refund.
Requests for cancellation/refund consideration shall be submitted to treasurer@watws.org no later than 28 February, 2026 with an explanatory message stating the reason(s) for the request.
Cancellation refunds after 28 February, 2026 will not be permitted due to financial commitments made to the venue.
