To add Workshop Registration fees to your Payment Cart:

1. Choose your workshop(s) and complete the form(s)
2. Click the Pay Online button to add your Workshop Registration to your Payment Cart
3. Return to your JAM 2023 Registration Form and select a payment option
4. Your Payment Cart will then show your Annual Meeting Registration fees and any additional Workshop Registration fees as a single transaction.

• Registration and fees for workshops are separate from your JAM 2023 Meeting Registration
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot
